I just received word that John Watson (Former residents of Medina and active
at the Methodist Church and Library) passed away this last Saturday. No word
yet on when the services will be. If you want to send your condolences, you

Subject: Andrea's Update (today she is 22 yrs old)

Dear Family and Friends around the world,

Andrea turned 22 yrs old today and Lindsay turned 18 on March the 9th.   Be
sure to celebrate with your kids on their birthdays-we have learned how
precious those birthdays are.

Andrea is still living in her apartment and hopefully about to get a new
roommate.   She is doing a great job at her parttime job at our H.E.B.
foodstore just a mile from the house.  She is also taking one class at her
university (UTSA) and doing quite well and driving without any problem.  She
is no longer going to physical therapy at the hospital but she does continue
to work out at a new facility called Velocity where they continue to work on
her left side strength/walking and overall balance.  The recovery journey
continues but she has made amazing progress and keeps pushing forward.  (It
has now been a little over 2 yrs since the accident).

Lindsay will graduate from high school this yr and will press on into
college this fall.   Final decisions on where she will go are being made
now-she'll either go to UTSA (where Andrea goes) just a couple minutes away
or she'll go to Texas State in San Marcos, TX about 45 minutes from here and
where her good ol Dad went to school.

June is back teaching 4th grade this year and just recently found out she
will be getting a new principal at her school-so that will be change to work
thru.  I continue to do real estate and luckily the San Antonio market is
still pretty good so I still have plenty to do.

All of our blessings are because of you all-your love, your prayers, your
support, your generosity-we love you all-you can't imagine the love we have
in our hearts for you all.- you saved our little girl.   We wish you all a
very blessed, safe, and happy 2008.

PS:  I thought today (Andrea's birthday) would be a great day for an "Andrea
Update".
