In addition we received some shocking news about a death at a local Emmaus
Walk this past weekend: There is an Emmaus Walk of Pilgrims from
Fredericksburg, Texas, at Mt. Wesley this week end that needs our prayers.
One of the Pilgrims had an accident in the shower this morning and the
efforts to revive her were unsuccessful. The lay director on the walk was
this Pilgrim's boss; the Pilgrim had small children.
Finally here's an update on Baby Rowan: Well Rowan and I are back home
again. He is healing from the surgery and has started back on tpn feeds.
His counts are down, but he seems to be feeling pretty well. The
hematologist wants to see him back in his office Monday and will check his
blood counts and chemistry then. Even though he really did handle it well,
he was ready to go home and pretty excited to be getting out of those same
four walls after two very long hard weeks. Thanks for your prayers and
support while we did this all again. - Carrie
